Our Strategy

Investment management

Over the last 25 years, CREA has raised ten investment funds from institutional investors and deployed over $7 billion of capital. We strive to maximize the net return to our investors. CREA achieves this through methodical site selection, hands-on value creation, and the reduction of costs through a fully integrated, more efficient platform. We protect capital through meticulous risk management and thoughtful portfolio construction.
